Return & Refund Policy — Ahyana

Ahyana deodorants are personal hygiene products. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened/used.

Returns/Replacement are applicable only if:

  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received a wrong product (different variant/pack than ordered), or
  • The parcel was tampered at delivery time.

How to request support:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share an unboxing video (mandatory) + photos of the product and outer packaging.

Resolution:

  • If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per case.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
